Boasting a prime, sun-blessed location on Seefeld’s Geigenbühel hill, Landhaus Charlotte is a place where you can savour tranquillity, unspoilt nature and breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains. Only here -that is our unique selling point! And, at the same time, you’re just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Seefeld with its numerous shops.

The comfortable, fully-equipped apartments in the Tyrolean-style Landhaus Charlotte are suitable for couples, groups of friends and families with children, offering everything guests need for a relaxing holiday. Providing space for between 1 and 7 guests, the 11 apartments all have their own distinctive charm and style with numerous individual touches. With a living area of 40 m², the spacious ‘Akelei’ apartment with rooftop terrace, dining area with panoramic windows, rustic beamed ceilings and bay window is particularly popular for 2 or 3 guests. The cosy, romantic 25m² 1-room apartment ‘Edelweiss’, with its sloping beamed ceiling and balcony offering breathtaking views of the Karwendel massif, offers a snug nest for starry-eyed coupled. The tastefully furnished 3-room apartment ‘Aurikel’ is particularly suited to families offering 70 m² of space, 2 separate bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and lounge, a beamed ceiling, loggia and balcony with unobstructed mountain views. And your four-legged friend is more than welcome to stay too!

The grassy lawn is, on the one hand, the perfect spot for unwinding, relaxing and enjoying the summer sunshine and, on the other, it offers lots of space for children to run around and play. The free Seefeld shuttle bus stops several times a day right on our doorstep and takes you all around the village. During summer and winter active holidaymakers can set off on a wide variety of walks and hikes straight from Landhaus Charlotte. Thanks to its location right next to the Geigenbühel ski tow, Landhaus Charlotte is also ideal for skiing beginners young and old. Seefeld offers also a wide range of restaurants to dine out.
