The holiday home Mosellanus extends over a living space of around 140 m².
Wi-Fi is available for free use throughout the house and in the garden for our guests.
The holiday home also includes a closed garage where you can safely park your car or motorcycles.

The new building features three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with flat-screen TVs. In addition to a shower with toilet, there is a large bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, and a cozy bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.
The unique living area extends over approximately 60 m², furnished with solid wood furniture, a plasma TV (50 inches), DVD player, music bundle for MP3 players and Apple iPods, as well as a large sofa landscape. The large living area is complemented by a total of two sun balconies. From there, you have a wonderful view over the roofs of Bruttig and the Moselle.
The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a large kitchen unit with a microwave oven, oven, ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a separate balcony. This guarantees that you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning.
Of course, you can also have breakfast in the courtyard, which is also suitable for relaxing or grilling together.
The holiday apartment is ideal for larger families or two to three couples, as there are three separate sleeping areas with two bathrooms/WCs and an additional WC. However, the holiday domicile Mosellanus is also very popular with small groups. By arrangement, baby travel beds, high chairs, and possibly extra beds can be provided.

In our modern holiday home located in the town center of Bruttig-Fankel, just a few meters from the Moselle, you will find everything you need for a vacation with your family or friends. In total, there are two apartments on the 2nd floor of the house: an apartment of about 40 m² and a large holiday apartment with approximately 95 m² of living space. These can also be conveniently used together. The bright rooms are modern and high-quality furnished and comfortably equipped. Flat-screen televisions are available in both the living room and the bedrooms, Wi-Fi is provided in all rooms, and fully equipped kitchens ensure a carefree vacation. Each bedroom features its own attached shower room.
Parking spaces can be found directly in front of our house.
