This special apartment is located in a completely quiet area in the Thierseetal and offers sunshine all day long! Upon entering, you will find yourself in a pleasantly bright living/dining area, which leads to the bathroom and the separate bedroom.

The daylight bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The living/dining area is particularly filled with light, where you can enjoy the stunning view of the Brandenberger Alps daily.

The fitted kitchen is also modernly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. From the living room, you can access the approximately 22 m² terrace, which particularly invites you to relax in the sun due to its absolute quiet location.

The use of the hot tub is free of charge without heating process; for each heating process, we charge € 40 as a cost contribution for firewood.
