The modernly furnished holiday apartment with a size of 46m² is located in the 1st basement of a newly built two-family hillside house (2023) in a secluded location and stands on an 18m high rock wall and thus offers a fantastic panoramic view of the middle and front Zillertal. The apartment offers enough space for a maximum of 4 people and has a sun terrace of approx. 20m². It is perfect for relaxing in a relaxed atmosphere after an excursion, hiking or biking and invites you to cozy barbecue evenings in summer.
The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV, a living area with a pull-out couch that offers space for 2 people and a dining area with a harmonious ambience that invites you to eat together and spend sociable evenings. The accommodation also has a fully equipped bathroom including a washing machine.
Two separate parking spaces are located directly at the house.
The district of Distelberg is picturesquely located above the towns of Stumm and Aschau at around 1100 m above sea level. Coming from Stumm, it takes around 15 minutes by car up to the property on a well-paved asphalt mountain road that is cleared in winter. The Distelberg is well known for its beautiful hikes and tours by mountain bike or e-bike, as well as numerous places to stop for a break. Up here you can find rustic hut snacks, Tyrolean home cooking and game specialties, as well as a farm shop with regional organic products straight from the farm.

Unser Aufenthalt im Alpblick Apart war bezaubernd, Die Einrichtung war modern, aber gemütlich, und wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause, Das Highlight war definitiv die Terrasse, wo wir abends Drinks genossen haben, Wenn Sie nach einem ruhigen Rückzugsort suchen, ist dies der richtige Ort!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Alpblick Apart! Die Wohnung war modern und gemütlich, mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken auf das Zillertal von der Terrasse, Wir haben es geliebt, unsere Abende beim Grillen zu verbringen und die frische Bergluft zu genießen, Die Lage ist perfekt zum Wandern, und wir haben mehrere Wanderwege in der Nähe gefunden, die einfach atemberaubend waren, Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich einladend und haben sichergestellt, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten, Ich kann diesen Ort für eine entspannende Auszeit sehr empfehlen!
Die Ausblicke im Alpblick Apart? Totaler Vibe-Check, Der gesamte Ort fühlt sich super entspannt und gemütlich an, perfekt für die Hängematten nach der Wanderung, Außerdem ist die Terrasse ein wichtiger ästhetischer Ort für Sonnenuntergangsbilder, Pro Tipp: unbedingt den lokalen Bauernladen für einige biologische Snacks besuchen, 10/10 würde ich empfehlen
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Alpblick Apart geliebt! Die Wohnung war super geräumig und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Die Ausblicke waren einfach atemberaubend, wir konnten einfach nicht genug davon bekommen, Außerdem war die Terrasse im Freien perfekt für Abendbarbecues nach einem langen Tag wandern, Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber das hat nur zum Charme beigetragen, Würden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen!
