Cabin feeling at its finest
You arrive and simply feel free! With your arms wide open, you take a deep breath of the wonderful mountain air and are simply overwhelmed by this fantastic panorama. No matter where you turn and how you move, you can see far over the valleys to the peaks of the Hohe Tauern.
You find yourself at the mountain station of the panoramic cable car Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as you step out of the gondola, you see the new mountain restaurant in a region-specific, rustic facade.

Your spacious apartment is accessible at ground level and has a separate entrance. The furnishings are modern, with plenty of wood and in contemporary alpine style, just like the entire lodge. The Danish stove provides a cozy, romantic atmosphere in winter or on cool summer evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves no wishes unfulfilled – it’s a shame that you probably won’t use it often, given the award-winning restaurant kitchen (open from 08:30 to 16:00)!

It’s also easy for the kids to make new friends here, as the destination is popular with families. The summit delight with traditional summit cross is only 1 kilometer away, and to reward all your efforts, the storage lake invites you to cool off.

Ski IN – Ski OUT at Resterhöhe

Theoretically, you can leave your ski equipment at home. Next to your ski lodge is not only the mountain station of the Kitzbühel cable cars but also a sports shop that can equip you for all mountain conditions.
Children and beginner skiers can slowly get used to the boards that mean the world. The "magic carpet" and ski school, just 40 m from your vacation home, will gradually introduce you to skiing fun.

Arrival: In winter via the Kitzbühel Alps II panoramic gondola. Arrival must be by 15:00 at the latest. You can park your car directly at the B161 large parking lot at Breitmoos during your stay. In summer, access is possible up to the mountain restaurant. However, the landlord will expect you at the middle station parking lot and accompany you to the apartment.
