Our Eigentler guesthouse is quietly located in Medrazer between Fulpmes and Neustift - Kampl on the edge of the forest. Set against the beautiful Stubai Mountains overlooking the Elfer and Stubai Glacier you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in our apartment on the 1st floor that is suited for 4-9 people.

Our Eigentler guesthouse is an ideal starting point for hiking trips in the Stubaital. The trails to Maria Waldrast around the Serles or via Kampl to the Pinnistal start right outside our house. The ski bus that takes you to the Schlick 2000 and to Stubai Glacier can be reached in 2 to 4 minutes.

Our apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds and comes with an additional room with double bed, private shower and toilet (more than 6 People). The spacious living room and the fully equipped kitchen with dining table offer plenty of space for the whole family and friends. On our large balcony you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine after a long hike. Of course, we also offer free Wi-Fi access and private parking in front of the house. The ski room with boot dryer and laundry facilities are at your disposal. Our village shop with bakery and cafe is located just 1 minute away from our house on foot.

The ski bus takes you to the valley station of the Schlick 2000 family skiing area within 15 minutes. The resort with guaranteed snow offers varied runs and places great emphasis on comfort in the many huts. On over 3000 metres the Stubai Glacier resort makes every skier's heart beat faster. After a wonderful day of skiing with your friends you can enjoy the après-ski bars at the foot of the two skiing areas.

Tennis fans can use the nearby outdoor courts for a match. The skate park nearby offers enough action for teenagers. Young and older guests can get their adrenaline kick at the high wire garden in Fulpmes. The pools in Mieders and Neustift, the landscaped Kampl and the Gesundheitssee Lake in Milders all offer cool water refreshments. Highly popular among children and young adults is the 2.8 km toboggan run at the Serlesbahnen in Mieders. Marked mountain bike trails, running and Nordic walking routes offer plenty of variety for professional and more relaxed athletes.
