The white leather couch is an Italian designer piece, but still very comfortable. The large smart TV allows you to connect with all streaming services or watch satellite TV.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a complete set of dishes, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 2-hob cooker, a kettle, and a Philips Gourmet coffee machine.
The good Palatinate Dubbegläser (dubbe glasses) are, of course, also included.

Bedroom:

The 160 cm wide box spring bed with two blankets and four pillows is located in a cozy nook. Adjoining the sleeping area is the open wardrobe. On the sideboard, one to two suitcases can be placed, directly above which clothing can be hung, placed on the shelf, or stored in the drawers. There are also the two obligatory "clothes chairs".
All windows can be completely darkened.

The bathroom is also connected to the bedroom. The shower has been recently renovated and features both a hand-held showerhead and a rain shower. A hairdryer is available in the bathroom cabinet. Soap and shower gel are also provided.

The 15m2 terrace is equipped with two chairs, a table, and a sun umbrella with LED lights. The south-facing terrace captures every ray of sunshine. There, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, read a book, or sip a glass of wine from the nice Dubbegläser in the evening.
