The Apartment is situated in the attic of our family house in Aich-Assach. It has been built in 2015 in a modern, clear still cosy style.
We have tried to combine modernity, design and charm and to make the best out of a 130 square meter surface under the roof.
Using lots of white color, old and original wooden beams and broad timber floor boards. A wide and bright bathroom with exklusive fittings and modern tiles is part of the unique Apartment design.
We want to make aware of the fact, that the bedrooms are limited in head space, due to the roof ramp. So, real tall poeple need to take a little care of their heads when entering the first time!
