The Rosmarie House welcomes you in a quiet and idyllic location in the Neder district, just 2 km from the center of Neustift in the Stubaital, which you can easily reach on foot via the meadow path in 15 minutes or by car in just 5 minutes. Living and feeling good - you can do this in our lovingly and family-run Rosmarie House.

The ski areas Schlick 2000 and Elferlifte are just a 5-10 minute drive away, and the toboggan run to Pinnistal ends right in front of our Rosmarie House. The Stubai Glacier is only 30 minutes away by car, and the free ski bus can be reached after 150 m. The Kampl lake with volleyball and a large children's playground can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. A pizzeria and an inn can be found only 5 minutes away from the Rosmarie House.

Our four new and modern Tyrolean-style holiday apartments offer you plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. Each apartment in our Rosmarie House provides you with a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a cozy seating area, large bedrooms, and bathrooms with a shower or bathtub. All apartments offer you a wonderfully sunny balcony with a view of the Stubai Alps.
We are happy to provide a children's bed and high chair upon request, and of course, you can use our WLAN free of charge.

Guests of the holiday apartments can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet upon request (until May 1, 2026!!). Afterwards, we are pleased to spoil you with our bread delivery service. Relax in our garden or on the balcony for sunbathing. After an active day of vacation, our sauna area with a relaxation room offers pure relaxation. Available for a fee in the summer with registration.

Your children can have fun on the playground with swings, a trampoline, and a sandbox or in the playroom of the Rosmarie House. For variety, enjoy a game of table tennis or darts. Make use of our heated ski room with a boot dryer and waxing facilities for your sports equipment.

The diverse Stubaital offers snow-sure and family-friendly ski areas such as the Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen Mieders, and Elferlifte Neustift. You can borrow toboggans from us at the Rosmarie House for free and experience the thrilling toboggan runs around Neustift with the whole family.

Make your holiday in the Stubaital exciting and active with varied hiking trails, climbing routes, mountain biking trails, panoramic paths, nature trails, and playstations for your children.
