On request and by arrangement, the in-house steam and organic sauna (all year round) and the covered pool ( in summer) can be used
The house is located in a quiet area at Penningberg and offers a wonderful view of the Hohe Salve.
With access to a large garden with barbecue facilities and a roofed pool you can relax under the stars from an exciting day out and about. Only a few minutes' walk away there is Penningdörfl and the "Milchbuben" shop where you can buy regional products for your stay. You can park your car free of charge right next to the house.
In summer there is a large trampoline in the garden as well as a small sandbox for the little ones. The holiday flats "Appartements Erika" are situated dirctly next to the hiking and cycling trails to Markbachjoch and on towards Feldalphorn.
In winter, the start of the cross-country ski trail is next to the house as is the bus stop for the free ski bus which takes you to the ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental in Hopfgarten.
