Welcome to Apartment Klaus in Neustift im Stubaital – your cozy accommodation in the Milders district. Quietly located yet close to restaurants, shops, and the bus stop, you can enjoy relaxing holiday days in the Tyrolean mountains here.

In summer, our sun terrace and the garden with pergola invite you to unwind. Just a few minutes' walk away lies the idyllic Milderer Health Lake, a special highlight for swimming and nature lovers.

In winter, you start directly from the house into the well-maintained cross-country skiing trail or on the winter hiking path. A ski lift is located just behind the house. The Stubai Glacier, Austria’s largest glacier ski area, as well as the ski areas Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen in Mieders, and the Elferbahnen are easily and quickly accessible by bus. There is a ski room and boot dryer available for your equipment.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and you can park your car safely in the garage. As a special greeting, a small welcome gift awaits you in each apartment. The hostess is also a nature and hiking guide and is happy to advise you with personal tips for unforgettable tours in the Stubaital.

Apartment Serles (approx. 85 m², 1–5 persons): Newly renovated apartment with private garden access, spacious double room, living room with two sofa beds and TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cozy dining area, and balcony with a stunning view of the Serles.
