The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building in a quiet area of the town. The entrance opens onto the living area, an open space featuring a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area includes an elegant and bright bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Wifi connection, washing machine, air conditioning and heat pump heating will be available in the accommodation.

To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The apartment is also easily accessible from Como by public transport and is 1 hour and 20 minutes' drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
