Detached two storey house with a panoramic terrace woth views of the old town of Ostuni and the sea.

Through a main door on the street guests access a staircase leading to the second floor of this detached house, which houses a living area with sofa and TV, as well as a queen size bed located inside a typical alcove. From here guests access the independent kitchen equipped with all the tools for cooking and also provided with a kettle and a coffee machine. On the same floor there is also a full bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine floor there is a small bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Walking up to the second floor, there is a double bedroom characterized by arches and white stone.
Guests can also enjoy comforts such as free wi-fi and air conditioning in the living area and in the bedroom.
The jewel of the house is the beautiful panoramic terrace also equipped with a table and outdoor sofas where to eat outside or enjoy a drink overlooking the city and the sea.

The house is in Ostuni, also known as the pearl of Valle d’Itria or the White city. Its historic center, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. The narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, which majestically protects the city.
Its countryside reaches the heart of Valle d’Itria. Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, which is famous for its ancient dwellings “trulli”, world heritage since 1996. 30 kms north our guests can visit the archeological park of Egnazia, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative historic centers and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests can find Bari, Eastern threshold; meanwhile going south there is Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi and further Lecce, capital of Barocco. Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia (ancient Greece) is west of Ostuni, and then Matera, particular for its “Sassi” (ancient cave dwellings) and nominated European capital of culture for 2019.

The airports of Brindisi and Bari are respectively 30 and 70 minutes away by car.
