Studio apartment with mezzanine, located in Palermo historic center, a few steps away from La Cala e behind Piazza San Domenico.

This bright studio, simply furnished but fully-equipped, is on the third floor of a building with an elevator and located in a pedestrian zone.
The entrance opens up onto a unique environment, which comes with an open-plan kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV.
A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine with exposed beams, furnished with a queen bed, a wide wardrobe and a dresser. A bathroom with a bathtub and a shower curtain completes the accommodation.
Comfort such as free wi-fi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating with heat pump will be at guests’ disposal.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.

15 minutes walking distance from the apartment there is the central train station while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino airport is a 40-minute drive away.
