Bright and large apartment on the first floor of a building in liberty style in Via Roma, Palermo.

The apartment, located on the first floor easily reachable by lift, is furnished in a fresh and colourful style; the spaces are very bright thanks to the typical liberty-style large windows overlooking balconies with original inlaid iron railings. Guests will access the airy living area with different seating areas with sofas, armchairs, TV and a large wooden table. From here there is access to an independent and well-equipped kitchen fitted also with a dishwasher, an oven and an extractor fan. In the living room there is also a staircase leading to a mezzanine floor with an extra relaxing area during the day.
Walking further down the corridor there are two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom and the other one with twin beds and a bathroom with shower on the opposite side.

Comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating complete the property.

The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.

The train station is 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment while the airport Falcone-Borsellino is 30 kms away.
