Renovated apartment, inside a building that overlooks Via Roma, in the center of Palermo.

This apartment, located on the second floor with elevator, is spacious, suitable for a family or a group of friends, and has been furnished with great care and simplicity without neglecting the comfortable aspect of the rooms. The tall doors and the cement tile floors are original and give character to the apartment. The first double bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and the living room furnished with a sofa, a TV, a table and chairs face the entrance. From the living room there is access to a room with a single bed and another one with a queen size bed and a balcony overlooking via Roma. From the living room, through a corridor or through a balcony, guests enter the independent and well-equipped kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. The second bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

At guests' disposal there are also free wi-fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, and heating.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.

The central station is less than 5 minutes walking distance, where guests can also find airport shuttles. Alternatively, the airport can be reached with a 40-minute drive.
