It's the quintessential Carinthian style that inspired us with this type of holiday home: roofs covered with wooden shingles, the upper balcony protected from wind and weather, and mullioned windows with shutters. We built these houses from pure organic solid wood, which has a particularly soothing effect on your sleep and well-being.

Inside, it's cozy and comfortable because, despite the rustic charm, you shouldn't have to forego exclusive standards. On 120 m², 8 people have ample space for sleeping, relaxing, and playing. The heart of the houses is the cozy living room with a wood stove for self-heating, creating a romantic fire atmosphere. When it gets cooler outside in the summer or the white snow crystals glisten in the winter, you will feel secure and at home here.

The facilities at a glance:
On the ground floor, there is an entrance area, a large cozy eat-in kitchen, a quaint double bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower, and a separate toilet.
In the attic, there are two more double bedrooms (one of which can also be used as a 4-bed room) and another bathroom with a shower. For the smallest holidaymakers, a cot can be provided.
Each holiday home has its own terrace and a small farmer's garden.

A gourmet organic breakfast awaits you with all the trimmings: chicken eggs fresh from the nest, farmer's butter, house ham, and alpine cheese.

Hunger satisfied? Then off to the world of farming adventures! On the backs of our sure-footed horses, you can explore mountain valleys or take advantage of our riding school's offerings. Whether petting zoo, dollhouse, play barn, farm's own natural swimming pond, and play bay with sandy beach: the word "boring" will be erased from your offspring's vocabulary. Guaranteed.

If you're in the mood for expeditions: the "hiking bus" takes you daily from the farm to the adventures to be had in the Hohe Tauern National Park. As a crowning finale, a massage in our spa area by the river beckons.
In our spa area "Möllbad Stub'm," you will experience the immediate power of nature due to the unique location by the river and the bathing pond, the barefoot path with the berry picking garden, and the high-quality furnishings.
