The holiday apartment is located in Chalet Claudia, a newly built residential building in country house style, about 600m from the Hotel Almhof. Chalet Claudia is suitable for 2 to 4 people.
The chalet consists of


a living room with a sofa bed
a bedroom including bed linen
a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, coffee machine including pods, microwave, dishwasher, oven, freezer including refrigerator, dish towels)
bathroom with shower and toilet including towels, hair dryer
a walk-in wardrobe
a small terrace including furniture
TV with cable connection

The holiday apartment has a separate entrance and parking spaces for 2 cars. Upon request, guests of Chalet Claudia can have breakfast and dinner at Hotel Almhof for an additional charge. Guests have the opportunity to use the sauna, steam bath, and infrared cabin at Hotel Almhof free of charge. Charging station for electric cars at the house.

The optimal location of the holiday apartment in Milders makes it the ideal starting point for various experiences. Because here, the true adventures begin right at your doorstep!

For example, in winter, take advantage of the direct access to the ski trails in front of our chalet or one of the many hiking trails that lead you directly into the idyllic natural jewel of the Stubaital. Or you can simply take the bus and head to one of the impressive hiking and skiing areas – the bus stop is 100m away, as is the Supermarket Spar (within a 2-minute walk) for your holiday kitchen.

By the way: If you don’t like to cook for yourself, you can simply add half-board to your stay and enjoy the excellent cuisine of our Hotel Almhof, located just a short walk (5-7 minutes) away. Because those who like to be pampered on vacation can just take advantage of the offerings from Hotel Almhof: In addition to half-board that can be added, we also invite you to relax and unwind in the wellness area of the Almhof, including sauna, free of charge!
