Our new and very spacious 2-room terrace and garden apartment features a large living area with kitchen, dining area, and living area. The couch can be converted into a full bed (not an uncomfortable sofa bed). Furthermore, it has a spacious bedroom with an adjoining shower bathroom complete with WC, as well as an additional WC and a wardrobe. Through a lift-slide element, you can directly access the generous terrace from the living area, leading to the garden. A garden table with 4 chairs, a lounge chair, and a kettle grill are available. There are also 2 outdoor parking spaces.

A washing machine can be used if needed. In winter, the free ski bus takes you directly from the house to the lift and back.

Our exclusive apartment house was newly built in 2021. It is in a brand new and modern condition and also offers you an unforgettable holiday in a very beautiful and high-quality accommodation.

We are in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village that is sunny all day, just a few minutes' walk from the ski lift, the local restaurants or the local natural swimming lake. In the Wintertime the free skibus from the skiarea transfere our guest direct from the house to the cableban and back a few times per day.

Hallstatt can be reached by car or bus in around 15-20 minutes. The city of Salzburg is also only about 30-40 minutes away by car. The 165 kilometer ski area is within walking distance (ore free bus). Hikes in the beautiful mountain landscape are possible all year round.



The Top 1A comprises around 52 m2 of living space and consists of a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living area. The sofa can be folded out into a fully-fledged double bed in just a few simple steps. The bedroom has a large box spring bed for 2 people and has direct access to the bathroom with shower and toilet. An external toilet and a cloakroom is also available. The large terrace can be accessed directly from the eat-in kitchen. A garden table with 4 chairs, a barbecue and a relaxation chair offers you the opportunity to dine, rest and relax on the terrace. The directly adjoining garden belongs to the apartment and may be used.



The top 2 comprises around 83 m2 of living space. and consists of a large living room with kitchen, dining and living area as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The living area can be converted into a double bed. The bedrooms were also equipped with a box spring bed. The approximately 22 m2 terrace has been equipped with garden furniture and you can enjoy a wonderful mountain view from this terrace.



A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available in the storage room.
