The sun house can accommodate up to 11 people and has 5 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen. The living room with satellite TV, a ski boot warmer, free WiFi and plenty of parking spaces are available during your stay. In winter, only the entire house is rented for LIVING ONLY as described. In summer the top 2 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a small, fine terrace and garden can be reserved. Dogs are not allowed.

Our House Sonnenhaus is located, idyllic and detached in the middle of green meadows on the outskirts of Stumm - the sunny side in the Zillertal.


Surrounded by the mountains of the Zillertal, you will experience quiet and relaxing holidays in our Apart Sonnenhaus. Shops and various restaurants are located nearby in the center of Stumm.

In summer there is the option to rent Top 1 with 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, as well as a kitchen, living room and terrace with its own garden, or to reserve Top 2 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and small, fine terrace and garden.
Pets are not allowed in our house.


In winter, the Apart Sonnenhaus is ideally located - in just 5 driving minutes (1.7 km) you can reach the Hochzillertal ski area in Kaltenbach, cross-country ski trails, ice skating rink and much more is nearby.


Attention golf friends in summer - the beautiful golf course in Uderns invites you to a "good game" - the golf course as well as various swimming pools and summer mountain railways as well as many excursion destinations are easily accessible. Cycling, mountain biking or hiking is possible right on the doorstep.
