The chalet is laid out over 2 floors and sleeps 2 – 6 persons in four bedrooms. Pleasant warmth is ensured by a tiled stove in the entrance hall and a cosy, rustic tiled stove in the open plan living-dining area as well as a thermostatically controlled infra-red heating in the wooden ceiling.
The upper floor is characterized by an open floor plan. The living area with a large sofa and a TV set (sat TV), the fully equipped kitchen as well as the adjacent dining area create a harmonic and well-balanced atmosphere. Thanks to the hammer-beam roof, the centrally located tiled stove and the warm colours of the wood you will be able to enjoy some especially relaxing holidays.

The roofed south-facing balcony can be accessed from the living area and grants view of Itter castle. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two more bedrooms with French double beds (140cm). There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin. The bedroom on the ground floor is also fitted with a double bed. The ground floor of the chalet offers thermostatic electric floor heating. Here you find the modern spa area with a Swiss-pine wood sauna, a huge rain shower and a jacuzzi. There is a separate toilet.

The spacious, sophisticated “Komfort Chalet” can accommodate up to 6 persons in an appealing, traditional ambience.

“Komfort Chalet” is situated in the small village of Itter amidst the skiing and hiking area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. The base terminal of the Salvista gondola, your entrance to the huge ski area (280km of ski slopes), is only 950m from the house. The bus stop for the free ski bus is 200 m away, the next restaurant about 500m.
“Komfort Chalet” is surrounded by a large garden where you can barbecue in summer, relax and take in the alpine surroundings. A parking space for your car is directly in front of the house. A ski boot dryer and ski rack complete the facilities.

Be it summer or winter, the chalet is the perfect base for all sorts of activities in the region. In winter, you ski down the countless ski slopes of the 950 m near SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental or discover the alpine winter landscape on numerous winter hiking trails.
In summer, diversity is ensured by various mountain-bike trails and hiking routes, a bathing lake with a summer toboggan run and a huge playground as well as the public open-air swimming pool in Itter. The cities of Salzburg and Innsbruck as well as the dreamy town of Kitzbühel are always worth a visit.
