The holiday home has a size of just under 70m² and offers space for up to 4 adults and 1 to 2 children. It includes:


2 bedrooms, each with a double bed + pull-out couch for 1 person (bed linen available)
1 kitchen/dining room (dishes/towels, microwave, fridge, egg boiler, toaster, mini oven, capsule coffee machine)
1 bathroom with shower (including hand and bath towels, hairdryer, hand and shower soap)
1 separate WC

A spacious garden with larch wood terrace, where you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine, completes the offer. Sun loungers and a hanging swing also invite you to unwind and leave the stress of everyday life behind. Children can let off steam in the garden; sandpit, swing, balls etc. are ready for them. The property also includes a "glass henhouse"; here you can watch the chickens laying eggs by arrangement with the hostess, and perhaps also take one or two breakfast eggs for yourself. The holiday home is located in the Raab Valley, in the middle of the Styrian Volcano and Thermal Land. The nearest village - Kirchberg an der Raab - is only 4 kilometres away (shopping facilities, bakery, hairdresser, café, open-air swimming pool, inn...), the railway station is 6 kilometres away and the motorway access road can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Various wine taverns are located very close to the house and are partly reachable on foot. Enjoy the rural idyll and the fresh air while walking, hiking, walking or cycling along the Raabtal cycle path. The holiday home is also a good starting point for various excursions such as Zotter Schokoladen/Zotter Tiergarten, Riegersburg, Vulcano Schinkenmanufaktur etc., or the popular thermal spas Bad Radkersburg, Loipersdorf, H₂O Erlebnis-Therme can also be easily reached via the motorway.
