The approximately 40m² vacation apartment **** TOP 2 is lovingly and comfortably furnished, offering our guests a pleasant and modern atmosphere in all available rooms. It consists of a balcony, bedroom, kitchen-living room, hallway, and a daylight bathroom with a shower.

The separate bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed for two people and includes a spacious wardrobe that can easily accommodate extensive luggage. A pleasant and quiet atmosphere in the room ensures a restful night, leaving no wishes unfulfilled so that you can be active again the next day with renewed energy. The windows can be completely darkened with roller blinds. There is direct access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The kitchen offers everything your heart desires. With the microwave, you have the option for a quick warm snack, and you can also prepare extensive warm meals on the available electric stove with oven. Of course, all cooking utensils, including dishes and cutlery, are also provided, so you won't have to worry about that upon arrival. After eating, the built-in dishwasher quickly restores order in the kitchen, and the large refrigerator provides enough space for all necessary supplies. A coffee machine for a "good morning coffee" is, of course, also available in a well-equipped kitchen. A starter package for the kitchen is ready. A large flat-screen Smart TV is available for watching television in the kitchen along with a small couch, allowing the bedroom to be a restful space. Free Wi-Fi is available for streaming.

The daylight bathroom features a toilet and wash basin, and of course, a shower to wash off the dust from your arrival and excursions during your stay in Bad Neuenahr, helping you to refresh for the coming day. All sanitary elements in our vacation apartment in Bad Neuenahr are new, including a rain shower.

All rooms are connected by a hallway. The apartment has no walk-through rooms, which our guests consider a particular plus. It has a separate entrance via the staircase and is located on the first floor. Across from the house, there is a free public parking lot, so you won't have to search long for parking options. Access to the balcony on the first floor with a view of the forest area and the Bengener Heide is available for this apartment. A privacy screen ensures seclusion, and of course, garden furniture is also available for use at no extra charge.

You are welcome to store your bicycles in the garage. There you can also charge e-bikes directly.

Our cozy and comfortable 4-star vacation rentals in a purely residential area await you. The non-smoking vacation apartments are comfortable, recently renovated, and partially newly furnished. The center of the spa town of Bad Neuenahr with spa park, Ahrthermen, and casino can be reached comfortably in 8-15 minutes on foot. The well-known red wine hiking trail, the Ahr bike path, and Ahrweg are just a few steps away. You can choose between 2 apartments.

TOP 2: Our small cozy apartment for 1-2 persons with a balcony, bedroom, living kitchen with Smart TV, hallway, and bathroom on the 1st floor. Or

TOP 1: A 50 m² apartment offers space for 2 to 4 persons, has a separate entrance, is located on the 2nd floor, and is modern and tastefully furnished.
The apartment consists of a large living room with sitting area, Smart TV, and a large separate bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, etc.).
For the 3rd-4th person, there is a sofa bed with a mattress available in the living room measuring 1.40 x 2.00m. The living room can also be converted into a bedroom with an additional single bed upon request if you are planning a longer stay.

The well-maintained living kitchen has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The nearly new daylight bathroom with shower is equipped with towels.

On the lower floor, you can use a small balcony with a view of the Bengener Heide and the Neuenahrer Forest for TOP 1, if the Joker room is not rented.

All apartments with a separate entrance can be reached via the staircase.

Please inquire specifically about our Joker room: You can book an additional separately accessible room on the 1st floor upon request if you prefer another external bedroom instead of the sleeping option on the couch or if the number of guests makes it necessary. A garage with charging facilities for e-bikes is available for bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is provided for checking your emails and for research. We provide a "welcome package" consisting of cleaning supplies, made beds, and towels free of charge.
