Newly built! Spacious maisonette apartment with a balcony and a view of the Fleesensee. However, your temporary home not only scores with its excellent location, but also with its modern furnishings, tasteful colors and free WiFi access. The lake is only 150 meters away, an idyllic swimming area is 800 meters away and there are numerous water sports opportunities in the lake landscape around Malchow. Not to forget the picturesque, historic core of the island town, which is also a health resort. Malchow is also called the island town, because the oldest part of the town is on an island in the middle of the lake, which is connected to the mainland by a swing bridge. Today, the bridge is not just a technical monument, but rather the city center, landing stage for passenger ships and a tourist attraction with lots of gastronomy and great flair. Highlights included: All usage-based energy costs WLAN Activities nearby: Large inland area for sailors and water sports enthusiasts, many cycling and hiking trails and horseback riding opportunities along the lake shore and through green mixed forests. Peter's fans will find a true paradise in and around Malchow. Great for big and small family members: the 800 meter long summer toboggan run with 7 steep curves and 6 chicanes - difference in altitude: 30 meters.

Die Wohnung ist schön. Ausreichend ausgestattet und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Wendeltreppe ist m.E. in einem nicht guten Zustand und das Konzept sollte überdacht werden. Die Wohnungstür ist leider nur von innen abschließbar, von Außen kann sie nur zugezogen werden. Die Lage und die Umgebung sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist gegeben, ca. 450m zur Drehbrücke. Die Badestelle/ das Stadtbad ist rund 1,5km entfernt, gerade renoviert und sehr hübsch gestaltet. Die Straße der Wohnung gibt es bei Google Maps nicht. Existiert aber vor Ort. Eine Abrissreifefakrikrouine steht auf einen Seite, auf der anderen Hinterhofwohngebietsbebauung. Ansonsten keine richtige Straße, eher hügeliger Schotterweg. Aussicht vom Balkon zum See - leider nur im Stehen - ist gegeben und sehr schön. Leider ist es in diesem Haus die einzige Ferienwohnung und einer der Nachbarn tut viel dafür, dass man sich unwohl und nicht willkommen fühlt. Die Parkplatz Situation ist nicht gut. Vorallem weil jener Nachbar gerne mehrere der 4 vorhandenen für sich einnimmt, obwohl er auch eine Garage hat. Die Garage zur Ferienwohnung steht leider nicht zur Verfügung.

Wie oben schon erwähnt,wären Jalousien oder Rollos für die Wohnung nicht schlecht, Die Gardine im Schlafzimmer war gegen die Wärme leider nicht ausreichend, Ansonsten war alles vorhanden und auch sauber,
