The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, welcomes guests with a living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, TV, air conditioning and a kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and American coffee machine.
From the living room guests can access the private terrace, equipped with table and chairs for breakfast and lunch in the open air.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed from which it is possible to extract another single bed to form a unique queen-size bed.
The layout of this apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine.

Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property (measures: 2.70 x 5.20 m height 2 m).

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
