The apartment is located in Dienten, a beautifully maintained village in the middle of the Ski Hochkönig area of Ski Amade with over 120 km of ski slopes. There is also a beginner lift and a ski school directly in Dienten.

Furthermore, there is a lighted toboggan run in the village with the managed hut Grünegg. This is easily accessible on foot from the apartment in 5 minutes. Toboggans can be rented on site.

Right in front of the house is the ski bus station – in 4 minutes you can reach the ski center. You can also walk (600m comfortably through the village).

If there is enough snow, you can also ski directly to the house over an unprepared snow (meadow) field.

The total area of this luxury apartment is 74 m2. From the living room, there is a beautiful view of the street side of the house.
