Our apartment is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.

In the living/dining area (approx. 29m2), there is a large couch, a TV, a dining table, and a kitchen with a kitchen block including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and all necessary kitchen appliances to prepare meals together and unwind after an exciting day.

Additionally, the apartment consists of:

- 1 large bedroom (13 m2) with double bed (180x200cm) and wardrobe
- 1 smaller room (10.5 m2) with 2 bunk beds and wardrobe
- 1 cozy bathroom (4.74 m2) with shower & towel warmer
- 1 separate WC (2 m2)

From the living room, you can access a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the Tyrolean mountain scenery.

1-2 parking spaces in the open air are available to you free of charge.

Our house is located in the district of "Weidach", 20 km northwest of Innsbruck and only a few minutes by car from Seefeld.

Due to the central location, you can conveniently participate in all sports and leisure activities from home (skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoe hiking, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, golfing, swimming in the Leutasch adventure pool with its own sauna area, playing tennis indoors).

As we ourselves are very active in our beautiful nature throughout the year, we are happy to advise you with personal tips and reveal a few secret spots.
