It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining room and access to a large balcony, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The balcony offers a beautiful view of Opatija and Kvarner Bay. The rental price includes the use of air conditioning, washing machine, bed linen, towels, as well as a parking space for one vehicle directly in front of the house. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a family house and has a direct and private entrance. There is a bus stop near the apartment (50 m).
