This apartment is situated on the raised ground floor of Ca'Pisani with access to the garden and shared swimming via the enclosed side entrance.There are tables chairs and sunbeds for outside entertaining.
The apartment forms part of an extremely old house dating back to the xvth century retaining all original vaulted ceilings and stone walls yet has been modernised to a high standard by the current owner and has all mod cons including LED floor lighting stainless steel kitchen appliances and modern bathroom.
The open plan sitting room is fully equipped with satellite TV. Wi Fi and sofa bed. The kitchen with dining table overlooks the garden.
There are two bedrooms with views over the garden and valley beyond one with double bed the other with two singles. Both have walk in wardrobes. Please do not smoke inside the house thanks

How to get to the house -By car from Milan:Take the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow the signs towards Ventimiglia.Take the exit marked Imperia Ovest. After leaving the Motorway turn left and follow the signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare don’t take the turn to Poggi but drive for 4 km on the main road eventually on your right you find the turning for Civezza once in the village stop in via Giusti at the bus stop

Ein traumhaftes Dörfchen ?️ und ein Restaurant mit wunderschöner Aussicht ?. Die grosse Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein und sorgt für echtes Urlaubsfeeling.
Die Menüauswahl ist zwar kleiner, aber alles war sehr lecker ?️. Auch die Desserts ? sind absolut zu empfehlen.
Das Restaurant ist hundefreundlich ?. Das Personal war freundlich und hat uns herzlich betreut, trotz Sprachbarriere ?

Sehr sehr gut! Kleine aber feine Auswahl für das Mittagessen. Und dazu sitzt man so schön auf dieser hübschen Terrasse in dem malerischen kleinen Ort.
Sogar für unsere Jüngste gab es einfach Nudeln mit Tomatensoße, was so nicht auf der Karte stand.

Ein wundervoller Ort, liebevoll geführtes kleines Restaurant mit frischen und preiswerten ligurischen Gerichten. Mehr Italien geht nicht!
Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente war ansprechend und das Essen absolut mega. Wir sind noch eine Woche hier in Urlaub und kommen garantiert nochmal wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend auf der Piazza. Tolles lokales Essen, netter Service und toller Blick über Ligurien.
Super Lokal, zuvorkommender und sehr aufmerksamer Service, tolle Aussicht, schönes Ambiente mit hübsch gedeckten Tischen, Grissini, leckerem Brot, ausgezeichnetem Olivenöl vom Ort. Essen ausgezeichnet, Portionen sehr großzügig, typisch ligurische Küche, aromatische und leckere Gerichte, frische Zutaten. Hauswein sehr empfehlenswert. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Wirklich gutes Essen und beste Pommes Frittes. Ambiente ist okay, aber wenn man draußen sitzen kann, ist es besser. Service ist gut, wenn's allerdings voll besetzt ist, dauert alles natürlich etwas länger.
Schnelle und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Sehr leckerer vino, tolles vitello tonnato, Pasta della Ligure und il Bunet di Piemonte. Legga.

Die Lage im Dorf Civezza ist einfach perfekt. In gut 10 Minuten ist man am Meer. Das Dort hat mit zwei Restaurants und zwei kleinen Läden und einer Bar auch einiges zu bieten. Die gut restaurierte Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man ist reingekommen und somit angekommen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war ohne Probleme und die Betreuung von Franco war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir hatten einen privaten kleinen Garten. Von dort hatte man Blick ins Tal. Der Pool lädt zum verweilen ein und gut für eine Erfrischung.

We had a lovely time in Civezza which was one of the most beautiful villages I have ever visited. We were a big group of people with different interests and Civezza managed to impress us all with its cosy narrow roads, amazing restuarants and multiple hiking options. It is the perfect spot to visit both where you can both relax and be active. I highly recommend Civezza and La Piazetta.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung in einem sehr schönen Ort mit wunderbarer Umgebung und Meer in Reichweite
Wir hatten mit drei Familien alle drei Ferienwohnungen in der Vorsaison. Die Wohnungen sind stilvoll ausgebaut, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Betten sind gut, die Küchen könnten etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Die Whirlpools haben nicht immer funktioniert, wurden aber jeweils umgehend von Pippo wieder zum Laufen gebracht.
Civezza ist ein typischer ligurischer Bergort mit schmalen Gassen (geparkt wird am Ortsrand), toller Aussicht, wunderbarer Umgebung (ausgedehnte Olivenhaine), zwei Restaurants und zwei Alimentari und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, größere Wanderungen oder zum sportlichen Radfahren. Das Meer ist 10 Minuten mit Auto oder Fahrrad entfernt.
Alles in allem können wir Civezza und die Ferienwohnungen im Casa Pisani sehr empfehlen.

Eine vollständig ausgestattete und rundum funktionierende Ferienwohnung. Besonders der schöne pool, in dem man wirklich schwimmen (und nicht nur plantschen) kann und der gemütliche kleine Garten haben uns einen wunderbaren Urlaub ermöglicht. Der Service von Franco Perri ist schlicht unschlagbar: professionell, freundlich, zuvorkommend und zurückhaltend zugleich - besser geht das nicht.

A house to feel good in!
It is a great holiday apartment: in the morning you have a wonderful view of the Ligurian mountains, in the afternoon you can spend the afternoon in the garden directly at the house in the shade or refresh yourself in the swimming pool and in the evening enjoy the fantastic light of this area. The apartment has everything you need! I spent a relaxing holiday here with excursions into the charming surroundings. I love to come back to Franco Perri's apartment!
Civezza, beautiful Italian village
Civezza is still a beautiful Italian village. With a small shop ("Da Simona"), where you can get almost everything, with a nice little village square, where you can eat and drink well in the restaurant "La Piazetta" and sit with a wonderful view, and with the "Cinque Torri", a more sophisticated restaurant, where you can get wonderful fish dishes. The location on the mountain provides some cooling and you can reach the sea in 7 minutes. And the people are always very friendly and accommodating. One really feels at home there.

We spent three very relaxing weeks for three (parents with baby) in September in the apartment. It is located in the small village Civezza (about 600 inhabitants) about 4km from the sea and about 200m above sea level.
The property is surrounded by olive groves. Pool and jacuzzi we liked to use, the pool is shared by three parties. Since we were often alone there, it was not a problem if the little one screamed, which was very relaxed.
The apartment is well equipped, with some amenities including dishwasher and washing machine.

We were very happy with the accommodation beatifully view from the pool to the hills. Everything was clean and Franco helped us with all issues we had we would recommend the flat and the village to anybody else the pool is cleaned every day and you find fresh erbs for your cooking in the garden thank you from all Tobias, Aline,Emi and Ida.
Urlaub in in Civezza
Es war eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Mit allem was man braucht. Nur ein Parkplatz musste man sich suchen, was nicht immer einfach war. Die Umgebung war sehr idyllisch und es gab vor Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel. Wir haben uns sehr erholt.

We had a wonderful time here! The home was immaculately clean, in fantastic condition Monica and Franco were extremely helpful, and we would love to return some day in the summer the garden & pool thy look very nice all the best Laura & Peter and the kids.

Having just celebrated our wedding in Civezza my wife and I can't speak highly enough of the village and its residents. The village is beautiful and perfectly located just 5 minutes from the coast but off the main drag and therefore very quiet. All 70 guests enjoyed their accommodation and the team in Civezza, lead by Franco Perri couldn't do enough for us. The whole thing was put together for a relatively low cost but felt like a 5 star experience. With groups splitting the cost of their accommodation over the week the value for money in most cases was astonishingly good. Most importantly every guest left with a new favourite place with everyone promising to return to visit. We were all made to feel very special by everyone in the village. Lots of love, Michelle and Joe x
