The weak condition of the house and our approach in architecture and quality didn´t allowed a simple renovation.
So we decided to join modern architecture and existing traditional elements, like the old stone walls. The transformation was concluded in April 2016.
Villa Rosa is the only apartment here, equipped with 2 bath- and 2 bedrooms a huge traditional patio in front of the house invites you to relax and enjoy.
Villa Rosa is perfect for 2 - 4 persons, the stunning view from the terrace to the pool area and the sea is spectacular.

Die Ferienwohnung Villa Rosa hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Dafür sorgten vor allem die hochwertige Ausstattung mit allem Komfort, sowie der super Ausblick auf den Atlantik, den wir jeden Tag genießen konnten.
Unsere Gastgeber haben uns gute Empfehlungen, für Restaurants, Unternehmungen und auch viel Wissenswertes über Madeira, gegeben.
Nach wunderschönen Wanderungen haben wir den sehr gut angelegten Poolbereich, der täglich gereinigt wurde, zur Entspannung genutzt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es viel uns nicht leicht, dieses traumhafte Eiland nach dem erholsamen Aufenthalt, wieder zu verlassen.
Es wird bei einem nächsten Besuch auf Madeira wieder unsere Anlaufstelle werden.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schöner Lage
Das Apartment selbst ist perfekt eingerichtet - schöne große Betten im Schlafzimmer und Esstisch mit Blick auf das Meer im Wohlzimmer. Auf Nachfrage gibt es auch ein Kinderbett und einen Kinderstuhl. Das Highlight sind wohl die beiden perfekten Bäder, mit jeweils großer Dusche.
Die Vermieter waren herzlich und haben uns mit vielen Insidertips zu Restaurants und Wanderungen weitergeholfen.

Besonders beindruckt hat uns eure sehr professionelle,herzliche, persönliche Betreuung von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zu den letzten Stunden unseres Urlaubs.
Wir haben uns super gut erholt und der Abschied fiel sehr schwer. Aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Versprochen.
