Charming two-level apartment located at the foot of Camogli Castle, overlooking the cathedral square.
Located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, the accommodation opens onto a living area furnished with a dining table, sofas and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, kettle and toaster. Completing the lower floor is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Finally, a staircase leads to the upper floor consisting of the main bathroom with washing machine, and the second bedroom equipped with a single bed and sofa.
The peculiarity of this apartment is the furnishings; historical items from shipowners and fishermen who founded the town.

The charming town of Camogli is a typical seaside village, now a tourist center known for its small harbor and colorful waterfront buildings, also called "the town of a thousand white sailing ships."
The town center of Camogli, which occupies the valley to the west of Mount Portofino, overlooks Paradise Gulf at the western end of the Portofino promontory on the eastern Riviera, east of Genoa. Between Camogli and Portofino, in the clear waters of the Portofino protected natural area, the 1954 bronze statue of the "Christ of the Abyss" stands at a depth of 17 meters. The largest part of the Portofino regional nature park to be visited belongs to Camogli, and not to be missed is the defensive castle of Dragonara di Camogli, with a wonderful sea view. For a spiritual visit, it is impossible not to go to the luminous basilica of Santa Maria Assunta, built in 1826.
Camogli - S. Fruttuoso station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, while Genoa airport is less than 35km away.

Ein Ferienhaus mit super Ausstattung. Es mangelt an NICHTS. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal da.
Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Haus,es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub gehabt können alles sehr gut weiterempfehlen
Die Lage, direkt am Deich, läd zum Start der Fahrradtour quasi ein. Das Haus selber ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt absolut an nichts, im Gegenteil, selten haben wir ein solch geschmackvolles, gepflegtes Ambiente in einem Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Ein warmherziger Willkommensgruß der Besitzer und ein überaus freundlicher Empfang durch die Hausverwalterin gaben uns gleich den Eindruck als Gast gern gesehen zu sein. Ein wirklich schönes Domizil für entspannte Urlaubstage.
Das Nordsee Huus ist sehr komfortabel und modern ausgestattet, so dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Mehrere große Fernseher, Sauna, elektrische Rollläden, Insektenschutzgitter, Kaminofen … Bis hin zu der Auswahl an 3 (!) Kaffeemaschinen: Senseo, Cafissimo und die gute alte Filtermaschine, je nach persönlicher Vorliebe. Bei der Ankunft steht eine Flasche Sekt bereit sowie Kapseln für die Cafissimo-Maschine und ein Küchenpaket mit Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs usw. Die Betten sind bereits mit hübscher Bettwäsche bezogen – der Urlaub kann sofort beginnen. Die Häuser werden ständig renoviert – jedes Jahr haben wir etwas Neues entdeckt. Man sieht wirklich, wieviel Liebe und Arbeit in den Häusern steckt. Wershofens sind nicht nur Vermieter, sondern Gastgeber, denen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt.
Zu erwähnen ist auch der perfekte Service. Von der schnellen und freundlichen Buchungsabwicklung bis hin zu den Informationen zum Urlaubsort. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch die Betreuung vor Ort durch die sympathische Hausverwalterin Frau Daro, die auch für die blitzblanke Sauberkeit sorgt.
Nessmersiel ist ein eher ruhiger Ferienort an der Küste. Wer wie wir Urlaub abseits vom Trubel machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der schön gestaltete Garten des Nordsee Huus ist mit einer Mauer vor neugierigen Blicken geschützt und lädt mit der Terrassenüberdachung zum Verweilen ein.
Wir sind bereits seit 2011 jedes Jahr zu Gast bei Familie Wershofen. Und haben bereits für das nächste Jahr gebucht – ich denke, das sagt alles …

Eine Urlaubsunterkunft ganz nahe an der Perfektion - schön gelegen, komfortabel, hübsch eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Dazu eine reibungslose Abwicklung und eine sehr gut erreichbare Hausverwaltung vor Ort.
