This high-quality 2-room apartment features a living room with an open kitchen and a separate bedroom with a 180-cm-wide double bed and a window with black-out coverings. A north-west-facing balcony stretches across the entire width of the apartment and provides a direct, breathtaking view of the sea. You can immerse yourselves in spectacular sunsets here and listen to the sound of the waves. The living room features a comfortable leather sofa which - thanks to the integrated slatted frame - can also be transformed into a fully-fledged place to sleep in just a few easy steps. There's also a Loewe flatscreen TV and a compact Bose sound system that lets you stream your own music. The ground floor boasts a spacious sauna wich you can use for an little extra fee and a daylit swimming pool with a counter-current swimming system wich you can use free of charge.
Apartment 17 "Meerblick" ("Sea View") is located on the 2nd storey and can also be accessed via the lift.
You can enjoy Norderney and the wide expanse of the North Sea from here 24 hours a day - no matter the season, no matter the weather.
The apartment features spacious built-in cupboards, a dishwasher, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine.
A Loewe flatscreen TV is also available in the cosy bedroom.
You'll find a room kitted out with washing machines and dryers in the basement of the building.

Come arrivare

Take the Reederei Norden-Frisia shipping line from Norddeich-Mole. Rail connections possible from all cities. If you're coming by car, take the BAB 31 to Emden-Nord and then take the B 70 to Norden-Norddeich. You can bring you car with you or park it on the mainland at one of the purpose built car parks near the harbour. Onward journey time on the ship: approx. 50 minutes. If you don't bring your own car, you can take bus line 1 from Norderney harbour (travel to the Europäischer Hof stop) or take one of the taxis that will be waiting there.
The apartment will be ready for occupying after consultation.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen gelungenen Aufentahlt benötigt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und der windgeschützte kleine Balkon sind nicht zu toppen und der Service herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Diese Wohnung ist so gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir waren im Februar dort und haben es genossen bei Wind und Kälte vor dem großen Fenster zu sitzen und auf's Meer zu blicken. Morgens eine Runde im Pool schwimmen, abends noch ein Saunagang. So lässt es sich aushalten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung wurde günstig vermietet,da das Bad noch nicht renoviert war,darauf wurden wir besonders hingewiesen,optimale Erklärung v.d.Verwalterin.,da wir ja auch bestens im hauseigenen Schwimmbad duschen konnten.
