Second-floor apartment overlooking courtyard and calle, consisting of entrance hall with living room and open kitchen equipped with microwave and dishwasher; two bathrooms with shower; and two rooms with one queen-size bed and one sofa each.
There is a sofa bed in the apartment.

On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a free Wi-Fi line.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
