The beautiful boutique apartment with 2 bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom is located in Brixen im Thale. It is an ideal stay for families and groups. It is centrally located as in the direct vicinity you will find an equestrian centre and different outdoor sports possibilities. Also, you can enjoy a number of walking and cycling trails, which start right at the apartment.
Cross country is only 400 m, while town center and supermarkets are at 1 km. Lake and public swimming pool are at 1.5 km and ski bus is just 300 m away from the apartment.
The apartment has a pleasant living room with sofa beds, satellite dish TV, DVD player and stereo unit. It is connected to an Austrian dining corner which has direct access to the furnished and sunny balcony. There is an open kitchen with all modern utensils, free parking area, fancy garden furniture, deck chairs and beautiful garden. Free parking space in front of the apartment
Public transport is at 300 m while train station is at 900 m.
Please note that the cars must only be parked with the front of the car against the facade.

Farah Hinweis * wichtig Ankunft erfolgen muss von 15.00 bis 18.00 Uhr und damit überprüfen soll, an einem anderen Ort als die Wohnung durchgeführt werden, in einer Art Büro daher die Öffnung. Es gibt auch die Endreinigung und Kurtaxe bezahlt. * Die Abfälle getrennt sein hat, Glas, Kunststoff, Papier, Restmüll. Eine Anleitung finden Sie in der Wohnung gefunden werden.
