There is much to enjoy here. You can have an exciting time on the slopes of Kitzbühel - Kirchberg. The Hahnenkamm gondola and the skiing school are at a walkable distance from the home. There is a cross country at 100 m to enjoy. HIking and biking is great to explore the area during summers and you can enjoy a swim from the lake at 2 km. There is a supermarket nearby at 800 m and town center is at 700 m for a gala time.
The home provides you 2 bedrooms and a double bed and bunk bed. The living-dining room is cosy and has a cable TV for entertainment. Cook the dinner and enjoy it with the family. The modern kitchen has all facilities to make cooking convenient. You can also park on the premises.

Die obere Etage des Etagenbettes sollte normalerweise mit 4 Holzdübeln (= Holzklotz) befestigt werden. Allerdings gab es nur einen und der war auch locker. Sehr gefährlich, man sollte nicht daran denken, dass das obere Bett herunterfällt, wenn sich jemand darin befindet.
Außerdem war die Heizung im Badezimmer undicht und der Abfluss des Waschbeckens lief nicht richtig ab.
