This apartment set in Wismar in Germany is just 4 km from the beach, it is ideal for a small family. There is a private terrace to cherish beautiful evenings. WiFi is available and one furry friend of yours is welcome to stay with you. You are requested to be on a house rest post 10 pm keeping in view the comfort of other tenants and guests.
You have much to discover here including UNESCO heritage, the city-historical museum Schabbellhaus, and the impressive monuments of the brick Gothic.
This beautiful apartment has a kitchenette equipped with a cooker, microwave, and refrigerator. It has a spacious living room with a TV, seating area, and a single sofa bed. There is a washer as well as a tumble dryer for doing laundry. You can rent bicycles from here and explore the old town of Wismar. The free and paid parking facilities will be explained to you upon arrival on the day of arrival. Also, no parties are allowed post 10 pm.
Lübeck Blankensee Airport is about 75 km away.

Die für die Buchung relevante Beschreibung entsprach nicht den vorgefundenen .Gegebenheiten. Es wird Parterre angegeben, tatsächlich gab es zunächst eine Stufe in das Haus von mindestens 40-50cm und dann noch eine Treppe mit 6 Stufen und das, da meine Frau auf einen Rollator angewiesen ist. Der erste Eindruck des Flures nicht er allerbeste, könnte dringend mal Farbe gebrauchen. Der erste Eindruck des Fußbodens dann in der Wohnung nicht besonders schön, auch hier Verbesserung mit wenig Farbe schnell möglich. Küche und Bad, wenn auch klein in Ordnung. Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Der Zugang zu den Betten nur 35cm breit. Es war nur eine halbe Rolle WC Papier vorhanden, also auch noch besorgen, kein Behälter im Bad, kein Papierkorb, kein Wischlappen für Fußboden, kein Handfeger, keine Tischdecke für den kleinen Tisch. Und die Mitteilung, das in der Straße nicht geparkt werden kann, erhielt ich am Tag der Anreise. Natürlich ist in der Nähe das Parken mit Automaten mit Kosten von 0,50€ halbstündlich möglich. Ansonsten konnte ich nur mit einem Fußweg von ca. 7-8 Minuten den PKw abstellen, daher meine Frau immer wieder in der Wohnung abholen. Ein Schreiben mit diesen Ausführungen wird vom Vermieter ignoriert. Nie wieder, auch bei Belvilla nicht. Sie hätten sich vorher doch über solche Dinge vergewissern müssen
Die Lage ist großartig. Das Apartment verfügt über die Grundausstattung, die Sie benötigen, wie Bett, Sofa, Kochnische, Badezimmer und eine Außenterrasse. Allerdings ist alles von sehr geringer Qualität. Das Bett scheint durchzuhängen, auf der Couch waren Flecken, das Badezimmer ist nach dem Duschen völlig nass, der Duschvorhang klebt beim Duschen fest, der Kleiderschrank fällt beim Öffnen oder Schließen der Türen fast um. Kurz gesagt, als junges Paar konnten wir uns anpassen, aber es war nicht sehr entspannend.
Locatie is top. Appartement heeft de basics die je nodig hebt, zoals bed, bank, keukentje, badkamer en een buiten terras. Echter, alles is van zeer lage kwaliteit. Het bed lijkt doorgezakt, er zaten vlekken op de bank, de badkamer is helemaal nat na het douchen, douchegordijn plakt aan je vast terwijl je doucht, kledingkast valt bijna om wanneer je deuren open of dicht doet. Kortom, als jong stel hebben we ons aan kunnen passen, maar erg ontspannend was het niet.

Die Lage ist fantastisch – in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und nur eine kurze Radtour zum Strand, Die Kochnische hatte alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wurde, und das kostenlose WLAN war ein netter Bonus
