These new and tasteful apartments are situated in the middle of the centre of Stumm. Your apartment Gartenparadies has a surface of ca. 150 m and is situated on the groundfloor. The spacious apartment benefits of a sunny balcony where you will spend unforgettable and relaxing holidays. The central location of this apartment means that shops, cafes and restaurants are in your direct proximity. There is a true "cheese corner" in the residence, where you can get fresh local bread, milk, butter, eggs and of course cheese.
The owners of these apartments have a hotel with various amenities for young and old. Children can try their hand at archery, volley ball, basket ball, table tennis, and there is a climbing tower, an alpine labyrinth, a big slide, a playground with play cave and fitness run and activities are organised every day. The hotel is situated at only 1 km of your apartment. (only in summer included !)
The winter sports enthusiasts will also feel at home on the slopes of Zillertal-Mitte. This ski region offers many possibilities for children, beginners and experienced skiers. There is a good range of black, red and blue slopes. And of course there are langlauf and snowboarding facilities galore in the region.
The pleasant village of Stumm is located on the sunny side of the Zillertal. In summer you can make lovely walking and cycling trips in Stumm and surroundings. Stumm is renowned for its most beautiful village square of Tirol. Live theatre takes place here and it is often used as a film backdrop. Water rats will be happy in the large outdoor swimming pool ! The Zillertal is approx. 38 km long and ends at the magnificent Hintertux glacier.
Note: The charging of e-cars is only permitted at the e-charging station at the hotel and otherwise EUR 100.00 per day will be charged.

Die Unterkunft ist funktional, aber das Äußere ist sehr unordentlich: Sonnenschirm und Stühle ziehen durch den Garten und Zigarettenkippen auf dem Weg.

Überprüfen Sie ungeschickt in einem anderen Hotel in der Stadt, saß mit zwei Familien in der gleichen Wohnung und erzählte eine andere Geschichte von zwei Familien mit zwei Geschichten kombiniert wurden wir unsere Füße bezahlt haben. Die Anlage war sehr sauber, das Bett war ein Knick in so dass es für unsere jüngsten Kinder in Ordnung war, aber nutzlos für Erwachsene. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Schwimmbad 10 Meter in der Halle ist super. Hatte die Zeichenfolge Käse als Kontakt, aber hatte sie nicht oft geöffnet einkaufen, so Probleme außerhalb ihres Käseladen bekommen hatten wir noch zu dem Hotel in ein anderes Dorf. Zum Glück hatte keine Probleme, so dass unser Urlaub war SUPER!

Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen. 2 Personen im Wohnraum / Küche schlafen. Dies war für unsere Gruppe in Ordnung, da wir nicht in der Wohnung waren. Es gab einen schönen Pool und eine Sauna. Ganz hier den Tag zu schließen. Die Entfernung von der Wohnung zur Piste war 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, das auch leicht geparkt werden konnte. Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke Wohnung. Wir haben genossen!

Wir gingen mit 12 Erwachsenen für dieses Objekt. Das Haus war groß genug und sehr sauber. Schwimmbad und Sauna gibt, ist Skibus 50 m und innerhalb von 5 Minuten vom Skilift entfernt. Skigebiet auch oben! Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und schöner Urlaub mit einem Haus, das voll und ganz zufrieden alle Erwartungen!
