The separate entrance of the 100 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor—here you will find a bedroom and a bathroom.
On the 2nd floor are the kitchen and the living room with a Smart TV and a sofa
On the 3rd floor, there is the 2nd bedroom with a Smart TV, as well as an attached bathroom.
The garden offers 3 terraces—one directly by the house, another slightly elevated, and one with a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Zell and the Moselle. But be careful! Here, sure-footedness and a good head for heights are required. Those who take on the climb will find the perfect spot to end the evening with a glass of Riesling.

The stairs are typically steep and narrow for older buildings—therefore, the house is only partially suitable for children and pets.




The key handover takes place via a safe— you will receive the access code before arrival.

Bicycles can be parked in the vaulted cellar—E-bikes can also be charged at the available sockets.

This vineyard house, typical of the Mosel and built directly into the mountain, has been lovingly renovated in recent years.
All furnishings have been carefully curated and partly restored to blend harmoniously with the interplay of age, comfort, and individuality.
The result is a truly extraordinary house for those who love the special - a house unlike any other.
The house is quietly located on a small side street in the historic old town of Zell.
Right in front of the house begins the Collis circular hiking trail - this leads you up to the Collis tower, into the vineyards, and also to the home of the Zeller black cat.
There are many wonderful routes along the Mosel or through the vineyards that you can explore on foot or by bike. Within walking distance, you will find a bakery, a butcher, some small shops and boutiques, wine shops, restaurants, taverns, and cafes.
A larger shopping center is located about 4 kilometers away in Zell Barl.
