-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
-later than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
The cancellation must be made in writing, and the relevant date is the time of delivery of the notice to the landlord.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, the entire rental price must be paid.

Top Ferienwohnung - tolle Lage
Wunderschöner Bungalow
Der Bunglow ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Tolle Terasse und sehr hübsch gestalteter Garten.
Besonders gut gefallen hat und der Gas-Kamin, den man per Fernbedienung ein und auschlalten kann. Da es leider ziemlich frisch war auf Texel, war das genau das Richtige und sehr gemütlich.
Auch toll ist die vorhandene Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Texel und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

wir haben uns in Ihren Ferienbungalow verliebt. Er ist so geschmackvoll eingerichtet das man gar nicht mehr nach Hause fahren möchte. Es war alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. In unseren Bekanntenkreis haben wir Ihren Bungalow schon während des Aufenthalts weiterempfohlen. Wir kommen bestimmt nächstes Jahr wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und eins passt zum anderen - wie ein roter Faden.
Es sind die vielen 'Kleinigkeiten', an denen man merkt, dass sich hier jemand viele Gedanken bei der Einrichtung und Ausstattung gemacht hat. Ein schönes großes Grundstück um das Haus - alles top gepflegt.
Wir haben die 2 Wochen hier sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder - Danke Familie Geuther !
