Our chalet, with approximately 120mÂ² of living space, is located on Rohrberg directly next to the valley descent of the Zillertal Arena, offering a magnificent view of the Zillertal valley. A place tailor-made for those seeking peace and relaxation.

The ski bus stop is just a few meters away, and the ski bus takes you to the Zillertal Arena ski area free of charge!

In 10 minutes by car, you can reach the center of the neighboring market town of Zell am Ziller. There you will find many shopping opportunities as well as numerous restaurants and other leisure facilities.

The regional taxi also offers cost-effective transportation to and from Zell am Ziller.

Wir haben hier 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage im Juli / August verbracht. Gegend wunderbar, man kann direkt von der Haustür aus zu Wanderungen starten. Wir wurden freundlich vom Karl empfangen, betreut ;) und verabschiedet. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts, alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Bad mit begehbarer Dusche ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein super schönes Chalet,es passt einfach alles zusammen.
Hilde und Karl sind super nett und freundlich.Es wird sich um jedes Anliegen sofort gekümmert.
Es verlief alles reibungslos und ohne Probleme!

Wir sind mit 2 Familien mit mehreren kleinen Kindern (1-7 Jahren) angereist. Das Chalet liegt traumhaft am Berg, direkt an der Talabfahrt. Die Kinder hatten einen riesigen Spaß den Gondeln zuzuschauen, die direkt am Haus vorbei fahren. Im Haus gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt, eine geschmackvolle und absolut vollständige Ausstattung. Auch für unsere Kleinste 1 Jahr alt war alles vorhanden. Die Betten waren super (die besten die wir je im Urlaub hatten). Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, was das verreisen mit mehreren Familien oder Paaren möglich macht.
Karl und Heidi sind ganz wunderbare Vermieter. Sie haben sich sehr um uns und unsere Wünsche bemüht und auch der Email-Kontakt war sehr herzlich. Der Brotservice top. Jegliche Tipps zu Skischule und Frischmilch vom Nachbarbauern waren sehr sehr gut!

Super Chalet! Sehr gemütlich mit alle Komfort. Betten sind sehr gut. Alles vorhanden was mann braucht.
Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und haben alles gemacht uns eine schöne Woche zu besorgen.
Die Lage ist super! Die schwarze Talabfahrt fährt am Haus vorbei. Morgens mit die Skibus zur Mittelstation und Mittags auf die Piste zur Haus zurück.
Wir kommen gern wieder bei Hilde, Karl und Francesca!
