This luxurious premium chalet for a maximum of 14 people is located in Wagrain in the Salzburg region, in the middle of the Snow Space Salzburg ski areas and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
This chalet has a total of 7 bedrooms, several of which have an "in-room" bathroom, a very large living room with an open fireplace, a beautiful dining area, a luxurious fully equipped open kitchen, 2 saunas, a heated swimming pool (usable from April/May - September), ski storage and private parking spaces. Since this chalet is located directly in the mountains, you have a wonderful view of the white mountain peaks from the terrace.
The nearest ski lift is only 300 m from the chalet and takes you directly to the Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski areas with 210 km of slopes. Directly connected to the Flachau and Alpendorf ski areas, Wagrain is part of the Salzburg Sportwelt and Ski Amade with a total of 760 km of slopes. Snow Space Salzburg offers winter sports enthusiasts many access points to the ski area, 3 of which are in Wagrain alone.
In the midst of the impressive mountains in Salzburgerland you will find the best mix for a holiday, the region offers around 230 kilometers of marked hiking trails between crystal-clear mountain lakes and rustic alpine huts and around 150 kilometers of signposted mountain bike routes. A tip for young mountain bikers is the woom bike area Wagrain right at the middle station of the Flying Fox gondola! Several bathing lakes (Rupertisee, Wengsee), the Wagrain water world, the outdoor pool in Sankt Johann im Pongau and the adventure bathing lake in Eben im Pongau ensure plenty of bathing fun in summer.
Wagrain offers plenty of shops and supermarkets for daily needs as well as a large selection of restaurants and bars. The state capital of Salzburg can be reached in around 1 hour by car.

Guter Empfang. Sehr aufmerksame Dame. Huis ist wirklich erhaben und fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Hatte einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Wunderschön eingerichtet, gebaut und mit viel Geschmack dekoriert. Viele Terrassen, auf denen Sie überall die Sonne genießen können. Überall im Haus gibt es Plätze zum gemeinsamen oder getrennten Sitzen. Als wir dort waren, war Skifahren abseits des Hauses möglich und es lag viel Schnee. Ein großes Skigebiet, das für jeden Skifahrertyp eine Herausforderung bietet.
Der Nachbar war sehr nett und hilfsbereit am Empfang und bei der Organisation aller Belange vor Ort.
Das Haus war perfekt sauber. Wunderbare Betten. Saunen vorhanden und genutzt. Der Bäcker lieferte morgens Brötchen, ein wunderbarer Luxus, die allerdings etwas frischer hätten sein können. Wir haben dieses schöne Haus in wunderschöner Lage sehr genossen.
