The small holiday house has an eat-in kitchen with pull-out sofa, fireplace and large flat TV, a bedroom with swiss pine double bed and a bathroom with infrared cabin, walk-in shower and double washbasin. From the balcony and terrace, which are equipped with garden furniture, our guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain panorama and the surrounding castles Sigmundslust, Mitterhart and Freundsberg. Many excursion destinations and top ski resorts are in close vicinity.
The Chaletl is equipped with a photovoltaic system, a battery storage as well as a heat pump and is therefore energy self-sufficient. Thus, it has a positive impact on the environment and the climate, as it does not produce CO2 emissions during heating and hot water preparation.
On hot days, the cottage is cooled to 25 degrees by geothermal energy through the underfloor heating, creating a pleasant living environment.
Another special feature is the pure and refreshing drinking water from the tap, which comes directly from the spring into the holiday house.
There are enough parking spaces available. Bicycles can be locked in the garage with ski boot dryer. The WIFI is free of charge.

Wunderschöner Wanderurlaub
Von der A12 ist man schnell an der Ferienwohnung - dennoch hört man diese bei geschlossenem Fenster gar nicht und bei geöffnetem kaum. Wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut - mit Zirbenduft in der Nase - geschlafen :)
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Wanderungen, sei es aufs Kellerjoch oder zur Lamsenjochhütte rauf, an und um den Achensee oder nach Innsbruck - alles ist höchstens eine 30 minütige Autofahrt entfernt.
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!
