When processing your booking request, you will receive a booking form and our terms and conditions. Here is the cancellation excerpt from the terms and conditions:
§ 5 Withdrawal / Non-Use
1. The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement up to 8 weeks before the day of arrival without compensation payments. Any deposit already paid will be refunded to the tenant.
The withdrawal must be declared in writing (by email or letter) to the landlord (Norbert Pannowitsch, Bonhoefferstraße 6, 48151 Münster).
2. If the rental agreement is terminated up to 4 weeks in advance, half the rental price is to be paid; less than 4 weeks before the booking date, the entire rental price is due, less any expenses saved by the landlord.
3. The tenant is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
