The apartment is for 4 persons with 2 separate sleeping rooms as well as a living room with a chimney and dining area, separate bath room and kitchen.
In the bathroom you find a floor heating during the whole flat is heated via a night-storage-heater.
The living and sleeping rooms are equipped with wooden floors. For cosy evening you can use the chimney, SAT-TV, HIFI, CD-Player and WIFI .
The lowered terrace lying south wards and a meadow invites you to enjoy the time.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden. Wir hatten das Glück Anfang November 2023 Schnee zu haben. Es ist zu empfehlen das man Schneeketten dabei hat. Mit normalen Winterreifen hat man keine Chance den Berg wieder auf den Hauptweg zu kommen. Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt.
Schöner Urlaub in Österreich
Sehr freundliche Vermieter, Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Super Lage der Wohnung in Hochkrimml direkt an den Skipisten und Wanderwegen. Perfekt für Familien.
Ein traumhafter sonniger, erholsamer Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was nötigt ist, wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber übernommen und uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Was auffällt, die Abweichungen der Bilder zum Original, das Original ist viel schöner. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen und die Wasserfälle, Kitzbühl, Zell am See, Salzburg ... niemals vergessen. Bergwandern ist für jedermann geeignet.

Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche im Schnee in ihrer Wohnung. Ausstattung, Lage und Atmosphäre waren genau so wie wir uns es erhofft hatten - hoffentlich auf ein Neues :-)

Great, cosy and clean
We had a wonderful vacation at Duxeralm in the house 'Julia'. The cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room, ski in directly from the slopes, fresh bread and juice from Das Kleine Lade. If anything breaks or bulbs need replacement, it will be fixed while you're skiing :) Highly recommendable.
Wonderful holiday
We spent a great holiday in Haus Julia.The apartment is very close to the chairlift Duxeraml.I could ski down the apartment door.It has all the facilities which it may want someone on vacation.Price-quality ratio is good.Evenings by the fireplace gave the holiday a special charm.The owner took care of every detail that visitors feel their best during their stay at Haus Julia.
In Hochkrimml, as well as throughout the entire Zillertal was snow due to the high altitude and special attention of organizers,even during the period when I was the snow was almost absent in other areas.Slopes are for all levels of skiers and the tour is a great experience (route Hochkrimml - Zell - Hochkrimml on skis)
This wasn't the first skiing holiday in Austria (but 7) and certainly will return to Haus Julia.
