Since its reconstruction in 2014 and reopening in February 2015, the apartment has been decorated with much wood and natural materials. The apartment is framed with wonderfully scented pine wood. It radiates warmth and cosiness through a nice mix of traditional construction and modern comfort.

There is no right of cancellation in terms of the Italian consumer protection code. However, we do offer cancellation under the following cancellation conditions in terms of art. 132 of the civil code:
The reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. For cancellations by the guest in the period between the 30th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is required to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation no later than 14 days before the arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price. Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price.
If the guest is a no-show or if the guest departs early, the fee for the entire stay is owed.
Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot make your trip.
