The ground floor offers: A spacious living room with dining area and direct access to the 40 m2 and with Bangkirai wood designed terrace, where you can relax, have a barbecue and where smoking is allowed, too. Furthermore, you will find there a fully equiped bathroom with urinal, washing machine and tumbler, as well as a spacious shower and bedroom number 1. At bedroom number 1 you may use the double bed with a size of 180x200 cm as it is or split it into two single beds. On the first floor you can find 3 more bedrooms - in 2 of these you may also decide to use the double bed as it is or split it into two single beds.
Via the external staircase you may also access the shared 70 m2 roof terrace, that invites our guests to enjoy a special view over Bremen. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a wardrobe and a desk. Additionally, the large bedroom has a flat-TV.
Parking is possible (free of charge as well as at a charge) directly in front of the house or at a parking garage located approx. 100 meters away. Furthermore, you may rent a parking lot at a charge of 20,- euro per day.
