A 21 square meter high terrace equipped with teak garden furniture, beach chair and parasol opens onto a traffic-calmed street (Linden-Allee).
With an additional TV in the bedroom, free Internet/Wi-Fi access, child travel cot including mattress, children's high chair, washing machine in the bathroom and a comprehensive kitchen setup - including an espresso machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, etc., almost everything is provided, including 4 available bicycles, and likewise various beach accessories, such as beach mats and shelter tents, children's toys, etc.
It has become customary that the new guest finds a filled pantry (coffee, tea, sugar, flour, oil, vinegar, various spices, etc.), and when he leaves the apartment, he refills, for example, the coffee grinds.
Our guests (including many regulars who have been coming back for years) tell us - that, too, adds to the feeling of 'coming home'. Many entries in our guestbook attest to this.

It is located on a quiet street with beautiful linden trees on the 1st floor and has a large 20 sqm roof terrace, where you can have breakfast in the morning, sit in the sun until early afternoon, and end the day with a glass of wine in the evening.
We have furnished it in a modern - but nevertheless cozy - style (continually modifying and sprucing it up over the years), comprehensively equipping it with all the necessities that one is used to at home (and not only counting dishes, cutlery, etc.), so that not only we, but also our guests can feel a little bit at home.
Many books invite you to browse them. And should you not get to finish reading a book during your vacation, take it home and send it back later to our local contact person, Christine Kurowski. Mrs. Kurowski is very appreciated by us and our guests.
She is always helpful and ensures that our apartment is always in top condition; and if our guests have a problem, she will help immediately.

Vermieter sehr freundlich. Zentrale ruhige Lage. Sehr gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar.Parkplatz sollte man vorher reservieren.

Liebe Familie Walda, vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Bewertung unserer Wohnung! Für Ihren Hinweis auf den Zustand der von uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Räder bin ich sehr dankbar. Vielleicht sollte ich die Gäste darauf hinweisen, die Räder wie ihr Eigentum zu behandeln. Ich würde mich freuen, Sie bald wieder als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen!
Erholung
Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Feriendomizil ist auch für alles Praktische prima eingerichtet. Es ist einfach an alles gedacht.
Wenn im Sommer dann auch noch die große Terrasse mitbenutzt werden kann, muss es einfach herrlich sein.

Schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön; ein unangenehmes technisches Problem wurde aber umgehend durch eine kompetente Reparatur beseitigt! Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und funktionierte reibungslos! Sehr angenehm!
Liebe Frau N., vielen Dank für Ihre schöne Bewertung, über die ich mich sehr gefreut habe - vor allem in der jetzt so schwierigen Zeit, in der wir mit Corona leben müssen;
und auch Dank an Ihren Mann, der sofort das Problem erkannt und mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat, so dass ich sofort den entsprechenden Handwerker in die Wohnung schicken konnte.

Man fühlt sich von Anfang sehr wohl. Sie ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll
Eingerichtet. Alles hat funktioniert und war in gutem Zustand. Sie war sehr
Sauber. Das Wetter war dieses Jahr einmalig. Wir benutzten den tollen großen
Balkon als zweites Wohnzimmer. Nächstes Jahr sind wir wieder da und freuen

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Wir waren sehr überrascht, eine so liebevoll eingerichtete und geschmackvoll weihnachtlich dekorierte Wohnung vozufinden. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Blick vom Balkon zeigte uns die Richtung zum Leuchtturm, Strand und dem Alten Strom.
Die Lage der FW im Herzen von Warnemünde ist perfekt um Ausflüge nach Kühlungsborn, Heligendamm, die Insel Poel oder den Darß zu unternehmen. Familie Rader versorgte uns schon im Vorfeld mit guten Tipps rund um den Jahreswechsel.
Somit verbrachten wir eine wunderschöne Woche in Warnemünde.
Diese FW kann man zu 100% weiterempfehlen !!!

Wir kommen jedes Jahr immer wieder sehr gern
Die große Terasse ist traumhaft um bei trockenem Wetter alle Mahlzeiten einzunehmen oder sich die Seeluft bereits zu Hause um die Nase wehen zu lassen.
Gekrönt wird die Ferienwohnung durch ihre Nähe zum Strand, zur Warnermünder Innenstadt, zum alten Strom und Hafen sowie zurS-Bahn. Selbst Sandspielzeug ist vorhanden.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100% empfehlen.
Es ist schön, seit so vielen Jahren solch nette Gäste immer wieder willkommen heißen zu dürfen. Dafür lohnt sich jede Anstrengung, den Wohlfühl-Charakter der Wohnung immer wieder und aufs Neue zu erhalten und zu verbessern. Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewertung!
