The tenant may cancel the trip at any time before the start of the trip. The cancellation should be made in writing for proof purposes. If the tenant cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat-rate compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit as follows:
from the booking date, cancellation is free of charge
30% from 30 days before the start of the trip
50% from 14 days before the start of the trip
100% from 7 days before the start of the trip, non-arrival or in case of early departure of the total travel price

wieder mal ein schöner erholsamer Familienurlaub im Haus Bergjuwel!
Wir waren sowohl in der Dachgeschoss- als auch in der Erdgeschosswohnung. Alle Wohnungen sind BESTENS und hochwertig ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, selbst Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer, Spültabs, Kaffe und TK Waren sind vorhanden. Zwei versch. Kaffeemaschinen und sogar ein Milchaufschäumer. Es gibt Hochstühle und Rausfallschutz fürs Kinderbett und im Kinderzimmer sogar Kinder-Kleiderbügel. Das Haus hat ein eigenes Spielzimmer mit Gesellschaftsspielen, Spielzeug, Kickertisch und Kletterwand. Hier bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen.
Die Vermieterin ist super herzlich und wenn was fehlt, wirds gebracht. SEHR SAUBER sind alle Appartements und auch für die Vierbeiner wird gesorgt: Näpfe, Handtuch und Hundedecke inkl.
Ein Skikeller mit ausreichend Platz für alles, inkl. (Ski-)Schuhwärmer ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Alles wirklich SEHR gemütlich, familiär und rundum perfekt.
Die Gegend ist auch toll. Man ist schnell in Skigebieten die bis Ende April noch Saison haben, aber ein Ausflug zum Bodensee ist auch nicht weit. Der Ort selbst läd zum Spazieren und Wandern ein.
Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, oder Kinder hat die früh ins Bett müssen, sollte die Dachgeschosswohnung wählen oder auf rücksichtige Mitbewohner hoffen. Auch wenn wir die Erdgeschosswohnung sehr komfortabel fanden, würden wir beim nächsten mal wieder die Dachgeschosswohnung wählen.

App Steinbock. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet! Das Appartement hat eine tolle Lage und die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und nett. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten keine Wünsche offen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch im Haus Bergjuwel.
