The holiday accommodation sits in the supremely beautiful Centro storico on the Piazza di Spagna in a pedestrian zone 20 metres away from the Spanish Steps. The apartment is located on the 6th floor, right under the roof terrace in one of the most significant, elegant buildings in the city which houses the boutiques and offices of Valentino, the famous Italian fashion house, on its lower storeys.
Lift option is available on request via another staircase. Stair climbing required (from the lift up and down a flight of stairs).The rooms have large, double-glazed windows and ceilings over 4 metres high. The apartment is in a peaceful location and enjoys the morning sun. The furnishings are modern and functional. All of the rooms have parquet floors. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The second bedroom has a luxury combination of two single beds made by Flou, the Italian bed company. They come with comfortable orthopaedic mattresses and have a pull-out function. A cot can be provided on request.
There's also a lounge that has an easy chair with a pull-out mattress.
The bathrooms are elegant. One has a whirlpool shower. The kitchen area includes a fridge, a coffee machine, a two-burner stove,a dishmaster, a microwave and a toaster. The dining area is separate. A safe is built into a wall cabinet.

The sunny, well-cared for roof garden has lots of roses, lemon and orange trees and enjoys magnificent 360-degree views over Rome. It's one floor up and is available for you to use. Satellite TV with lots of German and English channels. Wi-Fi. Access to a washing machine. A few US power sockets available. Rental direct from the German owner who is also very happy to suggest sightseeing tips.
