Descrizione

The comfortable and very well kept apartment consists of living-kitchen with couch, 2 bedrooms an two bathrooms. A balcony and apanoramic roof terrace invite to linger and are perfect for relaxing, reading or having breakfast, lunch or dinner. The sea is literally in front of the door and so there is a magnificent sea view from the kitchen. The hose has been renovated only three years ago, so the baths and the kitchen etc. are in mint condition. If you are only two persons and ned only 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom, the pices are lower. Please ask for an offer. The rest of the apartment would remain available unchangedly. This option isn't possible from June to September. In that case you have to ake the whole apartment.

Schöne, helle Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, direkt am Strand, kein Lärm- und ein sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Fabia, so dass man sich gleich willkommen fühlt- nicht nur wegen der leckeren sizilianischen Begrüßungskekse! Außer dem Strand zu empfehlen: Scicli, Modica, Costa di Carro bei Sampieri, Cavagrande del Cassibile, Nekropolen von Pantalica.
Insgesamt können wir die Casa Teresa ohne Einschränkung empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist gross und schön eingerichtet. Der Balkon und die Terrasse bieten einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den sehr grossen Strand und das Meer - bis zum Sonnenuntergang.

Es ist ein toller Standort, um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Südosten von Sizilien anzusehen.

Die Vermieterin der Wohnung ist sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit gewesen.

Die geräumige Wohnung ist freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet.

Sie liegt - nur durch eine Fußgängerpromenade getrennt - direkt am Strand und ist deshalb komplett verkehrslärmfrei.

Die Sicht vom Balkon und der Dachterasse auf das Meer ist überwältigend. Alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Gehdistanz.

Wir sind von der Wohnungsvermieterin außerordentlich herzlich empfangen und sehr nett betreut worden.

Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
